If you are having trouble reaching a full-depth squat, then our Australian Made Wedges will do the trick. Training with our wedges allows you to hold a more upright torso position, while also allowing a further range of motion throughout your knees and hips. This is great for when you are wanting to train a full-depth quad dominant squat but are limited through your ankle range and femur and torso lengths. This improved upright position will also allow for more work to be placed on your quads and glutes.
One of the standout design features of our wedges is how you can easily stack them on top of each other to achieve angles of 10, 20, 30 and 40 degrees.
Another great feature is the ability to independently position each wedge to suit the angle of your foot position. This will give you better support and movement alignment.
